Contact your concerned treasury and get the PPO number added.

To apply for online Pension Revision of Jharkhand pensioners receiving their pension from other state please visit Employee Portal (https://jkuber.jharkhand.gov.in/emp) and login with your GPF/CPS number and password. If you are not registered then register yourself first. After logging in follow the steps below:
  1. Go to Pension Papers>Generate Pension Papers.
  2. Selecting Pension Revision (पेंशन पुनरीक्षण)
  3. In the Treasury list box select Other State.
  4. Fill in the Application number and other details and verify.
  5. After successful verification the system takes you back to first page. Fill in the pension paper as usual and apply for revision.

You must have missed to select पेंशन रूपान्तरण on first page. Select पेंशन रूपान्तरण and then proceed.

If you have missed to upload required documents then contact the concerned DDO office. Options to upload he documents are available in the DDO Login on e-Pension Portal.

The process to apply for Pension in Death case is as follows:
  1. The concerned DDO should login on the Employee Portal by using the DDO Login link. In Death case it is mandatory that the Pension application must be done by the DDO.
  2. Before applying for pension in Death Case a DDO must ensure that the Retirement condition in the Employee Profile of the Pensioner has been changed to Death and the Date of Death has been updated in the system. The necessary changes in the Employee Profile can be made under DDO Wise Employee Management option by using the DDO Level Bill Management System.
  3. After successful login search for the dead pensioner by Name or GPF/CPS number.
  4. Click on continue in the last column of the list.
  5. Fill the pension paper and process as per the norms.

You must have missed to upload the signature. Go to documents upload page and check whether pensioner’s signature (हस्ताक्षर) has been uploaded or not. If the signature is uploaded and still not visible then contact PMU, Finance.

Once the e-Pension Paper has been successfully forwarded to the concerned DDO please contact your DDO office for further processing of the Pension. Under the normal procedure DDO will forward the pension paper to Sanction Authority and Sanction Authority will forward the same to AG. Exceptionally if the DDO and Sanction Authority are same for the pensioner then the DDO may forward the pension paper directly to AG.

To process the Pension Paper online the DDO/ Sanction Authority/AG must login through Office Login option on e-Pension Portal (https://jkuber.jharkhand.gov.in/jpension/ ). After login options are available to process the Pension Paper and view the Pensioner’s data as per the role (DDO/ Sanction Authority/AG). The employee must have been removed from the concerned DDO. Contact the concerned DDO office and get the employee added.

You have not received the Pension paper online yet. Click the Receive button under the DDO Action after clicking the Process link in the Application list for the respective pensioner. Applications pending to be processed by the DDO are visible on the Home page of DDO Login on e-Pension Portal.

Make sure that the Pension paper has been returned to the concerned DDO by the Sanction Authority. When the Pension paper is back in DDO login, receive it again and fill the Pension Fixation. Once done forward the same again to the Sanction Authority/AG.

e-Pension Portal/Employee Portal is best viewed in Mozilla Firefox. So it is advised to use Mozilla Firefox to access e-Pension Portal/Employee Portal.

Download the Sanction Authority details form from the following link: https://jkuber.jharkhand.gov.in/jpension/frmDownload.aspx Once downloaded fill and get it signed with official stamp and send it to epension.finance@gmail.com with a copy to kuber.pmu-jhr@nic.in. The name of the required Sanction Authority will be visible within 24 hours.

Go to Pension Papers>Delete Pension Papers and delete the current Pension paper. Once deleted successfully fill the pension paper again as new through Pension Papers>Generate Pension Papers.

  1. Go to https://jkuber.jharkhand.gov.in/jpension/frmdashboard.aspx
  2. Enter your GPF/CPS/Acknowledgement number in the Search box.

  3. Click Search button.

You must have forwarded the pension paper to Sanction Authority/AG. Check the e-Pension paper status in the App Status section in your home page.

You have already forwarded the pension paper to DDO. Check your Pension Paper Status (Refer FAQ. 21).

You have not Received the Pension paper online. Click the Receive button under DDO Action after clicking Process button for respective pensioner.

You have not filled the Pension Fixation page. Click the Pension Fixation (No dues) button under DDO Action and fill the Pension Fixation. For details on how to fill Pension Fixation refer to the user manual available on e-Pension Portal under the Manuals section.

The Pensioner’s profile need to be updated before applying for Pension under the following conditions:

a. The employee is not alive (Death Case).

b. The employee has opted for Voluntary Retirement Service.

Yes, but under one condition i.e. the pension paper has not been completely filled online and for that visit employee portal (https://jkuber.jharkhand.gov.in/emp) and please follow as written below.

For DDO - after login search the required pensioner using GPF number and then press continue button for that GPF number, Pensioner details will appear with the menu, go for the Pension Paper menu and click on Delete Pension Paper option.

For Employee - after login, Employee details will appear with the menu, go for the Pension Paper menu and click on Delete Pension Paper option.
