Government of Jharkhand releases funds to various departments. Departments in turn release the received funds to various Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDO) under different Treasuries with a copy to concerned Treasury. DDO presents the received allotment letter to their respective Treasury for feeding the fund allotment which is further authenticated by Treasury Officer for its drawl by the concerned DDO.
